It's the small things that make life so much better. They may be simple, small and even silly, but they add tons to my vibrancy. Small things bring laughter, smiles and generally more pleasant, happy feelings. Gratitude, too, because they make my life so rich. I'm celebrating all the small things today. I realized I have so many I'll have to do another post. Color of the Day. Every morning first thing, along with Merriam-Webster's Word of the Day, I get Pantone's Color of the Day. Today's ...
31 Reasons I’m Vibrant at Sixty. #16 through #19: To-Do Lists and Letting Go
Oh no, I’m not letting go of to-do lists. I love them. They help me accomplish more things by keeping me focused and on-track so my stress levels are reduced. Critical for my vibrant aging. I think that means being Uniquely Me, being ...

Wordie is now one of the 850 new words Merriam-Webster added to their dictionary Monday. This is exciting news for me. I am intrigued by words. I love learning new words. It’s this curiosity about words that I feel contributes to my vibrancy as I age. I consider words brain-boosting fuel. I ...
